Our primary goal is to make you self-sufficient. We want to help you learn how to do it yourself. If you have the time and interest, we'll bring the skill. If you aren't interested learning something new, well then you are probably better off working with another company.
With years of experience working with various technologies, one thing has become readily apparent. Even the best developers supported by the best technical writers at the best company in the world will leave something out of the documentation or will never have considered how their tool would align with your particular business process. There are always gaps. Our job, quite simply, is to fill those gaps. If you need something to work, we'll work with you to figure it out. Face it, if you knew technology like we do, you'd have figured it out by now.
Like everyone else, we're trying to make a living here. We price our services according to numerous factors including the depth of knowlege required, the expected time committment and stuff like that. Generally, we're in the range of 150 to 220 dollars per hour, plus expenses. Of course, since we also take into account purely subjective factors like how much we want to work with your organization, how excited you are about the project and other stuff like that, we've been known to bill clients for around 100 dollars an hour. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen.
Whatever the project, we want you know we're willing to work with you on cost, assuming that you're also willing to work right along-side. Nobody gets a free ride.
